terms of service
Payment
- For larger commissions over $100(USD) I usually ask for 50% payment after the sketch and 50% upon completion. For smaller commissions, I may ask for full payment after the sketch is approved.
- MOP: PayPal/Kofi/Vgen (Paypal preferred)Process & TAT
- I will send you a WIP once I finish the initial sketch, after which you may request any changes.
- Revisions that significantly change the pose or are made past the flat colouring phase will come with an additional fee.
- My TAT for 2D artwork is typically 1-4 weeks, it may be different for 3D/animated commissions.
- Keep in mind I’m a student and my TAT is just an estimate, I will always do my best to deliver ASAP but if I need more time to complete the commission you will be informed.Usage Rights
- Commissions are for personal use only, may be used as profile pictures/banners but may not be used for profit. There will be additional fees for commercial works.
- I am allowed to to post finished pieces in my portfolio or my social media unless requested otherwise.
- You're free to post the final piece as long as you credit me.Cancellation/Refund
- Refunds are issued for the amount received after payment processing fees, not the original amount paid.
- If you cancel the commission before the first sketch is delivered, you will receive a full refund.
- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.✓ Yes ✓
